Plasta GmbH Joined the Cedo Team
We are pleased to share an important milestone within our group: Plasta GmbH joined the Cedo team as part of its integration into the Cedo Group. With this exciting step, the team now offers even more sustainable waste management solutions to the clients in the DACH region.
On 31 December 2025, Plasta GmbH (Meerbusch) merged with Cedo Folien und Haushaltsprodukte GmbH (Mönchengladbach). Following this merger, Cedo Folien und Haushaltsprodukte GmbH became the legal successor to all existing contracts and agreements — no action or contract amendments were required from Plasta GmbH’s business partners, and the contact person remained the same.
This integration will help to serve clients even better by combining our expertise and resources. Our clients can expect:
- Faster delivery timesthrough a Europe-wide logistics network with warehouses in over 10 countries,
- A complete, in-house product portfoliocovering household films, waste bags, and carrier bags,
- State-of-the-art, certified production facilitiesin Lithuania, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
