Plasta Receives EcoVadis Silver Badge for Second Year in a Row

As part of our strategy to improve our sustainability practices and indicators, each year we are evaluated by experts. Among them is EcoVadis — a highly regarded organization that evaluates companies based on environmental, human and labor rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement practices.

This July, EcoVadis has granted Plasta AB, based in Vilnius, Lithuania, a Silver Badge. EcoVadis Silver Badge verifies that Plasta AB is among the top 15 % of the EcoVadis network’s companies.

Plasta AB’s activities include recycling of post-consumer plastic, the production of recyclate and recycled plastic products: film and waste bags. Its products are recognized for a combination of durability and sustainability, which is unmatched in the market.

Plasta Group is celebrating this achievement and commits to continuing to perfect its sustainability practices, aiming for Golden evaluations in the years to come.
